The Okpanam community in the United States of America is organising a get together with the theme Improving Unity of Okpanam Indigenes in USA & Improving Healthcare in Okpanam.
The event is scheduled for Hotel Preet located in Southwest Freeway, Houston, USA on Saturday August 2, 2014.
Announcement of the event is contained in the invitation card making the rounds among Okpanam indigenes in the USA, a copy of which was sent to Okpanam Forum.
Listed as organisers are: Chukwudi Adigun, Anthony Okonkwo, Andy Mordi, Nick Nwalie, Eugene Okafor, Gloria Ofuani, Azuka Okafor, and Ngozi Nwalie.
The organisers are hoping that this will help to built a foundation for more regular meetings and more involvement in the development aspirations of members and the home base in Okpanam, Delta State Capital Territory.
